Since Baageecha operates as a pre-order platform for seasonal products, cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, the funds are often already deployed to the orchards for harvest preparations, and we may not be able to process a full cancellation.
If you've adopted a tree, cancellations are only possible up to 30 days before the harvest season begins.
Please note that heritage fruits like Malda Mango and Shahi Litchi are perishable agricultural products. Unlike non-food items, they cannot be returned or swapped once delivered. We do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences, as flavor can vary naturally between trees and harvests.
We take pride in our packaging, but fruit is delicate. If your harvest arrives in a damaged or spoiled condition, we offer a 100% resolution. To report damage:
Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, UPS, or Credit Card) within 5–7 working days.
In extremely rare cases (e.g., severe storms or unseasonal weather destroying a specific crop), we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to receive a different fruit variety or a full refund of your payment.
